Minutes March 18, 2009  San Anselmo Historical Commission Meeting  Judy Coy convened the meeting of the members of the San Anselmo Historical Members present: Liz Anderson, Judy Coy, Tom Hendricks, Jeff Kroot, Julie McNair, Richard Martin, Dick Miner, Karlyn Strand, Chuck Swensen, Patricia Swensen, Joan Minutes from the meeting of February 18, 2009 were approved with change to financials. Treasurer's Report: Jeff reported a check was paid to Judy Coy for $90.36 for supplies, Museum Exhibits: Cathy reported that she and Judy continue to collaborate on the Seminary display. Judy and Dick are working on installing fabric in the wall cases.  Commission at 7:30 pm on March 18+h, in the Museum.  Vermond, and Cathy White. (Hendricks/Kroot)  leaving a balance of $588.08 in the Wells account.  Oral History Project: No report.  Historical Society Activities: Tom reported that there were two new directors for the Historical Society, Karyln Stand and Peter Cowperthwaite. There will be a Society program coming up in April or May on aviation disasters in Ross Valley. A Marin MMWD ranger will speak and there will be a screening of Ben Burt's video of the plane crash on White's Hill. Collections/Database Acquisition: Judy acquired a photo album at an estate sale at 15 Kemp and donated it to the California Room. Barney Ghiglieri, a friend of Judy's, donated Museum Docents: Covered for April. Karlyn needs to trade Saturday April 4th, Judy is  af flat panel monitor for the museum office.  covering.
