Monthly Meeting Minutes San Anselmo Arts Commission June 14, 2010 Town Hall Conference Room  Call to Order: 7:05 p.m. Lujan, Deb Todd. The Agenda: Approved. The May Minutes: Approved. Public Expression: None. Treasurer's Report: Beatles & MIP 2010: Joan:  Roll Call: Commissioners/Town Representatives present: Joan Stone (reasurerv/ce-Chaln, Sylvie Reynolds (Secretary), Ervin Grinberg, MichaelLoeb, Dave Donery (TownLiaison), Linda  -No changes on Treasurer's report. Beatles' distribution of tasks: Buy 12 dozen cookies. Get small bills. Toilet paper. Sylvie:  Take care of posters to be made, probably 100. Inc charge of entrance, with backup. Buy 10 cases of water; Distribute posters on Sir Francis Drake. Get cash box and rest of material from Dave. Inc charge of entrance. Bring name tags. Dave: Bring canopy. Get extra garbage cans. Linda: and under. around potties. Ervin:  Bring 4 tables (2 for food and 1 at each side), 40 chairs & buckets;  The fence needs to be put up 1 week before.  Make signs for cookies & water. Entrance fees is $12.00, $5 children ages 12 Take care of port-a-potties delivery. Will use Mill Valley. Be aware to keep a walkway  Distribute posters on San Anselmo Ave. Will buy some locks and keys for potties. Will be in charge of entrance of bridge. Distribute posters in Ross and Red Hill.  Will be responsible for volunteers for 2 hour shifts, starting at 4 pm, and for security. Ervin has not had a chance to do any press release yet, but will do before MIP.  Michael:  Distribute posters in Fairfax.    Incharge of taking photos. Call Stapleton to arrange marquee. Will sell cookies and water.  Deb: Arnie: To the whole team:  We all need to meet in the park at 9 am on Saturday to set up, put up signs, caution tape & PVC1 tube to cover cables, then again at 4 pmi for final set up and show.  Volunteers show up at 4 pm and report to Ervin. Wer will need to clean up the next day. The show time is 6:00-9:00 pm plus encore, meaning till 10 pm.  The bands can bring 2 guests a piece except Peter who can have as many guests as  he wants. Deb's cell is: 497-6783.  Picnics on the Plaza: The street willl be blocked off, music the whole evening; sponsors take on different weeks for 31 hours, 51 to 8 pm. We could get more involved on the Town's nighty whichi is July 23, with Celtic music. Think about what to do on that day: ask Michael Feldman to do a painting and raffle it off and/or do something spontaneous. Dave is going to contact Stapleton to Art & Wine Festival: on 17"-18" of.
