Does the state or county have an existing graphic? Basicl logo but localized - supported - by QoL. County is working on an ordinance: separately from. QoL  Quinne and Sita are the committee tol bring ar new draft of the logo to next meeting  8.  Smart Meters  Town looked at Smart Meters at more than three meetings. Voted 3-01 to send letters tol PG&E and PUC Town legal counsel suggested thata a moratorium might not be enforceable and may create al legal liability on the Town. Following, Council voted 2-2, effectively deciding not to write the letter. PG&E called Towni informing that the Town did not have jurisdiction to enforce a moratorium. And, furthermore, installations would happen between September and December 2010. PUC askedi fori independent auditort for accuracy ofr meters andi found that they were well within accuracy guidelines. However also deemed PGA&E to have poor Customer Service and communication. Answer Center in Town Council Chambers: 10/191 from 9am-1pm, 10/21 from 1-5pm, 10/25 from 1-5pm  requesting a moratorium until safety and privacy questions are answered.  and: 10/261 from 9am-1pm  Jared Huffman is pushing more: scientific research to be done on the EMF issue  9. TAM  There is agrant opportunityt for 3-4 electric vehicle charging stations to be installed throughout  San Anselmo (unknown locations) Bay Area Air Quality District California Energy' Watch  Marin Energy Association made $5k available to Town fori installation. recommended upgrades in efficiency. 20 grants at $500 each. stimulus package to be preferred vendor/installer.
