Voted 3-01 to send letters tol PG&E and PUC Town legal counsel suggested thata a moratorium might not be enforceable and may create al legal liability on the Town. Following, Council voted 2-2, effectively deciding not to write the letter. PG&E called Towni informing that the Town did not have jurisdiction to enforce a moratorium. And, furthermore, installations would happen between September and December 2010. PUC askedi fori independent auditort for accuracy ofr meters andi found that they were well within accuracy guidelines. However also deemed PGA&E to have poor Customer Service and communication.
