Minutes May 18,2011  San Anselmo Historical Commission Meeting  Judy Coy convened the meeting oft the members of the San Anselmo Historical Commission at Members present:. Liz Anderson, Judy Coy, Tom Hendricks, John Maher, Dick Miner, Wendy  7:30 pm on May 18, 2011 in the Museum.  Sylvia, Joan Vermond.  Agenda for the meeting was approved (Vermond/Sivia)  Minutes from the meeting of April 20, 2011 were approved Henanicks/Vermond,  Treasurer's Report: Joan reported a deposit of $100.00 from Judy for a Patch Article. Brought total  to balance to $2022.20 Oral History Project: No report.  Update on Then & Now Article: Judy received $100.001 for her article on the Cheda building and the payment was transferred to the Commission bank account. Her next article is due the last Tuesday  inN May and the topic is the Ancha Vista Hotel.  Colections/Database Acquisition: Judy reported the following:  1) Jim Hughes of Jack's Drugs allowed access to the store's attic. Judy and Dick set aside some boxes with old pharmaceutical bottles, a roll of labels, and a mortar & pestle. 2) The. hallway train display is nowi featuring a white dress loaned by Judy, possibly her 4) Judy purchased a photo album on ebay with photos circa 1947. There are pictures of the 5) Historical Society member Gregg Olsson is working on a project that merges pictures of old  grandmothers.  3). Photos of the Conklin Store coming to Judy. Docent Schedule: Judy will train docents on the use of the new computer. will be held on the same evening instead. More details to come.
