Minutes July20,2011  San Anselmo Historical Commission Meeting  Judy Coy convened the meeting of the members of the San Anselmo Historical Commission at Members present: Liz Anderson, Judy Coy, Tom Hendricks, John Maher, Dick Miner, Patricia  7:30 pm on July 20, 2011 ini the Museum. Swensen, Wendy Sylva, Joan Vermond. Agenda for the meeting was approved  Minutes from the meeting of June 15, 2011 were approved Hendricks/Miner). Treasurer's Report: Joan reported beginning balance of $2162.00 as of June 8, 2011. Two deposits of $100.00 each were made from Judy Coy's Patch articles. Ending balance is $2362.00.  Oral History Project: No report. Dick to interview a 97 year old neighbor.  Update on Then & Now Article: Deposits of $100.00 each were for articles on Ancha Vista and EK Wood Lumber. The next one Judy will submit is on neighborhood markets including Pallavicini. Colectons/Database Acquisition: Judy reported an acquisition of a photo circa 1912 from ebay. New Hallway Displays: Judy took egg çups display down. There were no takers to display collections in the cases. Dick and Judy plan to install fabric in the far hall case. Gregg Olsson's photographs will be on display in hall cases by Country Fair Day. Historical Society Activities: Judy is finalizing the renewal letter which Joan will help send out. Country Fair Day: Is scheduled for September 25!h. Will need the booth, truck and then booth August Meeting: August meeting is cancelled and' there will be a potluck dinner on the third  She is working to identify occasion and location.  Docent Schedule: Patricia will be a docent 1st Saturday in August. staffing from 10am-3pm. Judy will show videos in Council Chambers.  Wednesday August 17" at. Judy Coy's house.
