Minutes December 21, 2011  San Anselmo Historical Commission Meeting  Judy Coy convened, the meeting of the members of the San Anselmo Historical Commission at Members present: Liz Anderson, Judy Coy, Tom Hendricks, Dick Miner, Wendy Sylvia, Joan  7:30 pm on December 21, 2011 in the Museum.  Vermond.  Agenda for the meeting was approved  Minutes from the meeting of November 16, 2011 were approved (Hendricks/Miner). Treasurer's Report: Joan reported beginning balance of $2,752.20. There were deposits of $230.00 and then a withdrawal of $1,652.14 to pay for film duplication. Ending amount int the Wells  account is now $1,330.06. Oral History Project: No report.  Colections/Database Acquisition: No report. January. She is looking for other ideas.  New Hallway Displays: Judy will put the. photographs by Greg Olsson back up in the cases in Docent Schedule: Regular schedule except 2 holidays on December 24th and 31st Brookside Student Tours: Dick led several waling tours for Brookside students.
