Citizens Participation Wayne Fielder  Mr. Fielder found out that City Council recently passed an ordinance regarding shipping containers. He recently purchased one: for his residential property but does not have room for iti in the backyard. He would like to fence it up beside his home but does not know ifwe would need to file for variance. City Secretary Roxanne De Leon responds that Mr. Palomo had installed his own personal security lights toi illuminate the roadway but would like to utilize those security lights for his RV Park. Councilmember Hicks suggests al higher wattage on the  corner of W11th Street and S 5th Avenue.  The motion dies. The 1986 dump truck would need to be repaired to trade in for an electric dump truck. The current dump truck was donated by the San Antonio River Authority. Discuss and possible action regarding al bulk water sales agreement between the City of Elmendorf and The Musket Corporation is planning toj purchase four million gallons to fill a tank before the end ofthe month for testing. This was not expected when the SAWS contract was signed by the City. An agreement was drafted for them to bear their portion of the penalty that SAWS would charge the city for Councilmember Decena motions to approve a bulk water sales agreement between the City of Elmendorfand the Musket Corporation. Councilmember Hicks seconds and a vote is called.  with all five (5) councilmembers in favor.  Musket Corp.  exceeding the contract amount.
