Hayleigh Talasek the Investment Officer stated that the Quarterly report was as follows: Thet first column is all bank account balances as of December 31, 2023. The Second column is all bank account balances as of December 31, 2022. And thet third column is the difference between the two years. Mayor Wilkerson added the council ordered that the city havea a 180-day reserve fund in the 2022/2023 budget. The city has exceeded that amount, andt the: 180-day reserve fund has been allocated. Mayor Wilkerson turned it over to Mrs. Ramos the City Manager to explain why we are revisiting these resolutions. City Manager Ramos stated during the grant process there are al lot of steps. They (Grant Managers) request ordinances, resolutions, policies, etc. Once yous submit requested documents, they return feedback. The new reviewer oni these grants wanted a wording change from "The City of Kempner" to "The City Council of the City of Kempner" since iti is the City Council thati is approving the resolutions.
