MINUTES OF A BUDGET WORKSHOP  JULY13.2017  The Hollywood Park City Council met in a budget workshop on July 13, 2017 at 6:00 p.m. in Town Hall. Notice was posted in accordance with the Texas Open Meeting Laws. Mayor Fails called the meeting to order with the following Council Members present: Debbie Trueman, Oscar Villarreal and Scott Bailey. Also present: City Treasurer-Kristina Marsico, City Secretary-Janice Alamia, Police Chief, Shad Prichard. Absent: Councilmen Mike Howe and Chris Murphy. Fire Chief, John Butrico and Public Works Director, Kelly Cowan.
