MINUTES OF Al PUBLIC HEARING SEPTEMBER5.2017  The Hollywood Park City Council met in a Public Hearing on September 5, 2017 at 7:00 p.m. in Town Hall. Notice was posted in accordance with the Texas Open Meeting Laws. Mayor Fails called the meeting to order with the following Council Members present: Mike Howe, Debbie Trueman, Oscar Villarreal, Chris Murphy and Scott Bailey. Also present: City  Secretary-Janice Alamia.
