MINUTESOF, A SPECIAL COUNCIL MEETING  JULY30,2 2018  The Hollywood Park City Council met in a Special Meeting July 30, 2018 at 6:00 p.m. in' Town Mayor Chris Murphy called the meeting to order with the following Council Members present: Debbie Trueman, Delaine Hall and Scott Bailey. Also present: City Secretary-Janice Alamia and Public Works Director-Kelly Cowan. Absent: Councilmen Mike Howe and Oscar  Hall. Notice was posted in accordance with the Texas Open Meeting Laws. Discuss/Take Possible Action to approve the Council hiring ofJeff Hinson as the b. Discussion: Councilman Bailey made the motion to approve the hiring ofJeff Hinson as the City Treasurer at the annual base salary of $62,680 and Councilwoman Trueman seconded the motion. The motion passed unanimously. 2. Discuss/Take Possible Action to approve Fire Department expenditures for ladder truck repairs: by moving $8,018.24 from Capital Expense. Reserve #100- b. Discussion: Councilwoman Trueman made the motion to approve the Fire Department expenditures for ladder truck repairs; by moving $8,018.24 from Capital Expense Reserve #100-519-890 to Repair Maintenance Vehicle #100- 522-338.
