Please identify those records which you shall disclose, and any records which you do not disclose, please state the legal basis and applicable exemption for withholding such information, as well as title of each withheld 1. Any and all recycled water pie charts that were used by Maddaus Water Management 2. Any and all documents that are used to determine the drought conservation measures used by Maddaus Water Management including but not limited to how long of period of time the drought conservation will last, in her 2024 Integrated Master' Water Plan. 3. Any all documents that are used to determine the evaporation and water seepage rate 4. Any. and all documents that were used by Maddaus Water Management and Adkins Engineering to determine when the conservation measures begin and how long they 5. Any and all documents that were used to determine what the equivalent dwelling unit water usage is per unit and how water usage is determined by! lot type. 6. Any and contracts and addendums between Rancho Murieta Community Services Iwill pay the reasonable costs for the production of said records as allowed pursuant to Government Code Section 6250 et seq.
