Motion carried by the following roll call vote:  Noes: None Absent: None Abstain: None  2. Housing Authority of the City of Needles Update given by Housing Manager Deermer. Commissioners and the public asked questions and minimal discussion ensued.  COMMISSIONER REQUESTS There were no other Commissioner requests.
