TOWN recognizes that delays relating to thej processing of permit applications, the approval of permits, and the review and approval of! plans by regulatory agencies arel beyond the control ofIES. In the events any delay ori interruption ofs services caused by circumstances beyond IES'sr reasonable control impacts ont the cost or time toj perform the Work, the Contract Price and Project Schedule shall be equitably adjusted.
