Councilmember Snow and Councilmember Gastil shared the Subcommittee roles and responsibilities were toi find alternative sources of revenue and address community priority needs. As part oft the Subcommittees efforts, it elected to seek the services of True North Research to solicit community: input from Lemon Grove: residents. Dr. McLarney with' True North Research presented the report. Jared Boigon with TeamCivX presented the Ballot Measure Planning presentation slide. Mayor Vasquez opened the public comment period.
