Call to Order.  Chairman McDonald called the Special Meeting of Denair Community Services District Board of Directors to order at 6:05 p.m.  PRESENT: Bradley  Directors, McDonald, Couchman, Edwards, Comfort, and General Counsel Costanzo and Assistant General Manager Glen Doerksen, David Odom joined the meeting at 6:13 p.m.  II.
