Authorize the Public Works Director and/or City Engineer to Approve By MOTION, introduce by title only and waive first reading of an ordinance adding section 36.11 to Chapter 36 of Title III of the Auburn Municipal Code authorizing the Public Works Director and/or City Engineer to Severity Zones.
