Rezone: Robbie Nell Appling Estate submitted an application for a rezone of173 Comer Road or Tax Parcel 095B 001 from A2 (General Agriculture) to R1 (Residential) to subdivide 4.00 acres offofal larger parcel for a family split. 3. Rezone: Kurt Wolfe submitted an application to rezone a portion ofTax Parcel 095D 003 from A2 (General Agriculture) to RI (Single Family Residential) in order to subdivide. Zoning Board unanimously recommended approval. Tabled from July 4. Cooperative Extension introduction of new Family and Consumer Sciençes Agent. 5. Michael White, Director, to discuss need for ProGator at Recreation Department. 6. Craig Snow, Mayor, City ofLexington, to discuss re-surfacing project around  meeting.  Courthouse.
