MINUTES Warren County Courthouse Commissioners Conference Room Thursday, April 18, 2024 12:00 noon  WARREN COUNTY BLIGHTED PROPERTY REVIEW COMMITTEE  The regular meeting of the Warren County Blighted Property Review Committee was called to order by  Chair Paul Pascuzzi at 12:00 p.m.  ROLL CALL Members Present: Members Absent: Staff Present: Guests Present: APPROVAL OF MINUTES  Rick Brewster, Paul Pascuzzi, Jeffrey Zariczny Commissioner Daniel Glotz, John Phillips Michael Lyon, Laurie Burdick  None  Minutes of the February 15, 2024 meeting were approved unanimously with a motion by Rick Brewster  and a second by Paul Pascuzzi. Motion carried.  UNFINISHED BUSINESS  1.  (#93) - 887 Route 958, Pittsfield, Freehold Twp., Parcel #YV-432-368600 - owned by Paul Pascuzzi presented this item to the Committee, along with photographs of the property. He read aloud the letter that was sent to the owner, as well as reading through the Analysis Report. The taxes are not tax delinquent at this time. Jeff Zariczny made a motion, with a second by Rick Brewster, to invite the owner to the next meeting. A vote was taken and all were in favor; motion carried.  Julia Skinner  NEW BUSINESS None.
