We are investing in putting a new roof on these buildings and removing the chimneys seems to bei the best option for the following Water has been penetrating our building through these locations and even with patches on the roofit: seems that the water is penetrating the old and crumbling brick. These chimneys are not highly visible and can only be seen from across the street on Cherry Street. They can not be seen from the downtown area.
