Of those events, only the concerts scheduled for June 22 and August 3 are planned to include the sale of alcoholic beverages, with the Recreation Board and Board of Park Commissioners recommending that Use Agreements be authorized by Council for those two concerts. In addition, it was recommended that the DORA be temporary activated for those two concerts, as well as one on July 4 (that will not include the sale of alcoholic beverages at Treasure Island Park) only for the area identified on the attached map. If Arc Abrasives does not hire these 21 temporary workers as full-time employees after the six-month review, then TIRC recommends that their EZ agreement bei terminated in 2025. While this bridge is owned by the State of Ohio, the Cityi is responsible for minor maintenance. Main Street) over the Great Miami River byt the corporation limits. Iti is owned by the State of Ohio; however, the City of Troy is responsible for "minor maintenance" on this structure. As defined by the Ohio Department of Transportation (ODOT), minor maintenance includes everything above the bridge deck. There are multiple areas of curb as well as the traversable areas between the curb and guard railing that are damaged and in need of maintenance and repair. To eliminate hazards, preserve the concrete area, and extend the lifespan of the structure, the City plans to repair all damaged areas and seal all concrete curb andi traversable areas. An engineeringt firm was authorized to assess the structure, provide a project estimate, and design this rehabilitation project. An estimate of $260,000 has now been provided. This project was budgeted in the amount of $180,000 in the Capital Improvement Fund (Fund 441). The contract was awarded to Double Jay Construction, Inc. of Englewood, Ohio. Phase 1i is essentially complete except for the block where the Tavern Phase 2: Council authorized the Phase 2 project to bid at a cost not to exceed $8,000,000. The contractor is installing storm sewer between Utility (i.e. Duct Bank) Improvement: The utility companies are continuing to relocate their infrastructure to underground to provide room in the right-of-way for the widened street in the Phase 2 area.
