MINUTES  New Holland Borough Civil Service Commission  Meeting of August 22, 2022  The New Holland Borough Civil Service Commission met on Monday, August 22, 2022 at 11 a.m. for the purpose ofinterviewing eligible candidates for the position All members were present: Chairman Harry M. Klinger, Vice-Chair Charles F. Kidhardt and Anthony W. Bender. Also present was Recording Secretary J. Chairman Klinger convened the meeting, noting that there are a couple of administrative items to be completed before beginning interviews. He welcomed new member Anthony Bender who replaced Wilbur Horning on the Commission. Charles Kidhardt made the motion that the Minutes ofthe Civil Service Commission's organizational meeting of. January 5, 2022 be approved as prepared.  of police officer.  Richard Fulcher.  This was seconded by Anthony Bender and passed.  Charles Kidhardt then nominated Anthony Bender for Secretary ofthe Commission. This was seconded by Harry Klinger. There being no further nominations, Anthony Bender was then elected Secretary.  Chairman Klinger noted that the interview of qualified police officer candidate  Kirk B. Wolfe would now take place.  Following the interview session, Charles Kidhardt made the motion that the name ofKirk B. Wolfe be selected as a qualified candidate for consideration ofhim by Borough Council.
