Call to Order: The meeting was called to order by President Tressie M. Marroon-Bailey at 7:13 p.m. Pledge of Allegiance: The Pledge of Allegiance was led by Connie Brown-Weber, Mayor. All Audit Confirmation Letters have been sent to our Auditors, for them to start/complete our 2023 Fire Department: The Twin Valley Fire Department sent the monthly report, and it was presented to Council. There EMS: The report was not received for the month of March from the Chiefof Operations for EMS, Matthew Welch. The Borough Council made a motion to approve the Borough Council President, Tressie Marroon-Bailey to sign the Water Quality Management permit applications for each oft the pump stations, which was recommended by NMB's Wastewater Engineer, Fred Ebert.
