Borough of New Morgan Berks County, Pennsylvania  Borough Council Special Meeting Minutes May 20", 2024  The special meeting oft thel New Morgan Borough Council was advertised for Monday, May 20" at 7:00pm in the offices ofthe Borough ofNew Morgan, 200 Bethlehem Drive, Suite 104, Morgantown, PA. Call to Order: The meeting was called to order by President Tressie M. Marroon-Bailey at 7:00 p.m. Pledge of Allegiance: The Pledge of Allegiance was led by Connie Brown-Weber, Mayor.  Attending Officials: Tressie M. Marroon-Bailey, President Doreen Smith, Vice-President Christopher C. Weber, Member Connie Brown-Weber, Mayor Borough Staff:  Ashlyn Whittingham, Borough Manager/Secretary Thomas Barbine, Finance Director Guests: William Bailey, Scott Cahill residents.  Public Comment: None Business:  A. The Borough Council made a motion and voted on Resolution 03-2024 which was pertaining to the H20 Grant the New Morgan Borough was accepted for. The vote was unanimous. Christopher  Weber Made the motion and Doreen Smith second it. The motion carried.  The next Regular Meeting will be held on Monday, June 10th, 2024, immediately following the Utilities Authority Adjourn: Doreen Smith motioned to adjourn the meeting and Christopher Weber seconded the motion.
