It would be raised beds and would like the Action Steps: Solicitor McGraw informed council that we would like some type of waiver to use the Idea For Discussion: Councilman Gadd stated there was a meeting with Christine Somales and Dorothea Pemberton regarding continuing the Ghost Walks at Chess Park. Christine Somales statedt that event would become a City function under Parks and Properties. Therei is a large group of citizens and groups interested in bringing back this type of function. Itisi int the preliminary stages of planning. Issue Sewage Flooding Mounds Area: Councilman Gadd stated that there are concerns up in the Mounds area with sewage flooding. The City has done al lot up there to alleviate al lot oft the flooding. He believes that the City and the Municipal Authority need to get together to find grants in order to correct Action Steps: Mr. Gadd would like Council, Daryl, Jamie and the Municipal Authority to start having Issue Hill Slide: City Engineer Frank Novotny stated that Hillman and James Streets are two areas where there is starting to be al hill slide that will at some point affect City roads. Mr. Novotny would like permission from Council tol bring in a geotechnical engineer tol look at the sites and give recommendations on a corrective action for both oft these areas before it impacts the City'sr roads. Once the corrective action plan is formulated, the City can goi for grant funding to try to stopt the hill from Action Steps: Engineer Novotny will get some pricing for the geotechnical engineer for the City. Report: Mr. Novotny stated that he and Chris Spahr are looking at some areas for storm sewer projects and will see what potential funding is out there for these projects.
