Work Session Minutes Council Chambers Monongahela, PA March 11,2024  Minutes for March 11, 2024, Work Session, gaveled intos session at 8:30 a.m. The meeting was Terry Necciai, 400 Meade Street, representing the Main Street Program a month agol he completed the state report to the Pennsylvania Downtown Center and the reportt to the National Main Street Center. He then commented on the arson event on Friday but hel believes the Fire Department and Police did a fantastic job. He asked council to think for a moment that we! have some stores that are open all night that aren't manned with up to eight apartments upstairs and ifthat person had gone to another location, it could have been al lot worse.
