Reorganization Meeting Council Chambers Monongahela, PA January 3, 2024 Pursuant to the. Acts of the General Assembly of the Commonwealth of] Pennsylvania providing for the corporation and election of Municipal Officers therein, the Council of the City of Monongahela PA met at 9:00. A.M. on Wednesday, January 3, 2024, for the purpose of administering oaths of office and reorganization. Presentation of Certificates of Election: The meeting was called to order by Mayor Garry and Began with the pledge to the Flag. The Oaths ofOffice were given to Mayor Garry, Councilman Miller, Councilman Mark Gadd, Councilman Roy Sarver, and City Treasurer Madeline Gruzs. The roll was called and the following present: Greg Garry Roy Sarver Sarah O'Brien Daryl Miller Mark Gadd Report of Mayor Garry Public Affairs. Report of Accounts & Finance The motion having received the majority vote of Council the same was declared by Mayor Councilman Sarver acknowledged and thanked Ken Kulak for the strong fiscal foundation he laid in the Accounts and Finance Department. The department has an excellent staff in' Tamie, Dorothea, and Diana. He looks forward to serving as a team member with the current council and Report of] Parks & Property Nothing to report.
