The meeting was called to order by Mayor Garry who led in the pledge to the Flag. Report of City Clerk Nothing to report. Report of Mayor Garry Mayor Garry stated that the City had received a request toi move thel bus stop at Third and Main Streets. Report of Accounts & Finance Ther motion having received the majority vote of Council the same was declared by Mayor Councilman Sarver stated that they were reorganizing office personnel to affect cross training and sharing of duties that will resulti ini increased communication with thej public and increase revenue streams in order tol hopefully avoid increasing taxes. They are not eliminating It was moved by Councilman Sarver, seconded by Councilman Gadd, to create aj position of Director of Communications and Administration, and the same was agreed to by the following any positions. The motion having received the majority vote of Council the same was declared by Mayor Councilman Gadd then informed council that he spoke to Garry Hillt to do the survey of Railroad Street from Second to Third Streets. The old fountain, he met with the Historical Society and they are willing tol help us financially with restoration. There will béj putting some type of recycling container down at the Aquatorium for aluminum cans. Report of Solicitor Council was in executive session from approximately 5:45 PMto 6:25P PM.
