Mahanoy City Community Day Saturday, September 14,2024 10:00am - 4:00pm Registration Deadline: August 19, 2024 All Vendors Must Be Set Up By 9:30am  This one-day outdoor festival generates hundreds of attendees that travel far and wide to downtown Mahanoy City. We hope you will join us for a day of food, fun and celebration. Again this year we have joined with the Reading & Northern Railroad and the Mahanoy Area Chamber of Commerce to host train excursions at three separate times during the festival. All proceeds  help continue programs that support our community. Vendor spaces are $20 for each 10 foot space. Please note:  Tables, canopies, and electricity are not available for this outdoor event. Please make  Payments must accompany registration form. An email confirmation will be sent to you. . Vendors are required to bring hand sanitizers, cleaning supplies, and garbage bags . IMPORTANTVendors are not to use the garbage containers lining Centre Street. These are for attendees only. Vendors must enclose all garbage into tied garbage bags and either take them with you or transport all bags to the back of the Family Dollar at 139 West Railroad St, Mahanoy City. Ifany garbage is left on the street or sidewalk by your space, you will receive  arrangements to bring your own. Vendors may not park their cars on Centre Street  a $100 fine and not bei invited back. Thank you. for your attention in this very important matter. This is a rain or shine event. No refunds issued.
