The Commission looked at all the applicants and chose five citizens to have a nice cross-representation ofmembers from different areas ofthe county. Kaye Simonson, Planning Director presented several logos and color schemes for the branding oft the plan. The commission took a tally of preferences for input to give back to the Design Workshop. There was discussion regarding the translation of material, adding close captioning to the meetings, and upfront education regarding maps, zoning, etc. as part ofthe. process. The San Miguel County website will have an information portal regarding the Master Plan. There will be several stages to the Master Plan 2Page process; 1. Inform and Consult, 2. The Down Valley Plan is a priority, with concerns about water and wastewater. Grace Franklin, Public Health Director presented the Social Determinants of] Health (SDOH).
