S$18-9-117 and 42-4-106(6)(b). NOW, THEREFORE, BE ITI RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS  Road K68 ("CR K68"), tot the Town of Telluride; and  thereafter; and  that portion oft ther road during the temporary closing; and  and manner of use; and  OF SAN MIGUEL COUNTY, COLORADO, AS FOLLOWS:  1.
