Townof Colorado Board ofTrustees Special Meeting Monday, June 24, 2024, 6 p.m.  Cedaredge  Call to Order & Pledge of Allegiance: Mayor Hart called the meeting to order at 6pm.  Roll Call: Mayor Hart, Mayor Pro Tem Atkinson, Trustees Steve Anderson, Cordell Chapman, Justin Hoffbauer and Jerry Pippin. Interim Town Administrator Mark Relph and' Town Clerk Jess Shelton were in attendance. Attorney Bo Nerlin was in attendance via Zoom. Trustee Murray was not in attendance. Agenda Approval: Mayor Pro Tem Atkinson moved, and Trustee Anderson seconded to approve the agenda and move into Executive Session. All voted 'aye,' no one voted 'nay' and the motion passed.  The Special Meeting was reconvened at 7:02pm.  Approval of Contract for Town Administrator - David' Torgler  Change Item 2a: Ending sentence to add aj period after termination.  Item 8b: clarify the PTO to state accrued at termination point or at the point of severance  payment.  Mayor Pro Tem Atkinson moved, and Trustee Pippin seconded to approve the contract for the Town Administrator David Torgler with the two amendments listed above. All voted 'aye' and no one voted 'nay," motion passed unanimously to approve the Town Administrator contract. Ratification of the letter ofs support for the Grand Mesa Wildfire Ready Watersheds Action Plan Trustee Anderson moved, and Trustee Hoffbauer seconded to approve the letter of support for the Grand Mesa Wildfire Ready Watershed Action Plan. All voted 'aye' and no one voted 'nay,' motion passed unanimously to approve the Grand Mesa Wildfire Ready Watershed Action Plan letter.
