Townof Colorado Board ofTrustees REGULAR MEETING Thursday, May 16, 2024, 5j p.m.  edaredge  Call to Order & Pledge of Allegiance: Mayor Hart called the meeting to order at 5:01p.m. and led the Roll Call: Trustees Anderson, Chapman, Hoffbauer, Murray, Pippin; Mayor Hart; Interim Town Administrator (ITA) Mark Relph and Town Clerk Jess Shelton were in attendance. Attorney Bo Nerlin and Agenda Approval: Trustee Hoffbauer moved, and Trustee Murray seconded to approve the agenda. All voted  Pledge of Allegiance.  Mayor Pro Tem Atkinson were in attendance via Zoom.  'aye' no one voted 'nay,' motion passed unanimously, and the agenda was approved.  Consent Agenda  a. Minutes: 04/18/2024 Regular Meeting b. Ms. Giordano stated there was a GolfCourse Advisory  Board that should be disbanded soO all members of the Town could apply.  Proclamations: Mayor Hart read all three proclamations. Anderson seconded to open the Public Hearing. All voted 'aye' no one voted 'nay,' motion passed unanimously, and the Public Hearing was  opened.
