Consider a resolution awarding al bid to APAC-Texas, Inc. for the purchase of hot mix asphalt in the unit amounts bid for an annual estimated amount not to exceed sixty thousand dollars ($60,000) through the interlocal cooperative purchasing agreement with Dallas County for the Legislative/Sunset Hearing agenda. Consider a resolution approving the purchase of the repair of the precast concrete wall along Dalrock Road to Superior Concrete Products in the unit amounts bid attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference as Exhibit A in an amount not to exceed sixty-eight thousand three hundred sixty-eight dollars and thirty cents ($68,368.30). 10F. Consider a resolution approving the final acceptance of the 2009 Bi-annual Contract for Concrete Repalr/Maintenance, Part B, and to release retainage in the amount of one hundred fifty thousand one hundred one dollars and fifty-six cents ($150,101.56) plus the accrued interest on the retainage to Tri-Con Services, Incorporated and authorizing the Mayor to execute the necessary documents as attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference as Exhibit A. 10G.
