Consider action to approve minutes from the May 21, 2019 City Council meeting. 7B. Consider action to approve ar resolutioni increasing the capacity of the contract with Quality Excavation, Ltd. for the Highland Meadows Street Reconstruction Project Phase 2, by the amount of $273,066, resulting in a total project budget amount of $2,290,550. 7C. Consider action to approve a resolution accepting the bid of and awarding a contract to Quality Excavation, Ltd. in the amount of $1,739,452.50 and approving a ten percent (10%) contingency amount of $173,945.25 and up to $15,000.00 for an early completion bonus, resulting in a total project budget of $1,928,397.75 for the Lake Country Estates Street Reconstruction Project, Phase 2, and authorizing the Mayor to execute the necessary documents for said services. 7D. Consider action to approve a resolution exercising the second of three one-year renewal options for the purchase of emergency medical supplies and medication from Bound' Tree Medical LLCi in the amount of $90,000. 7E. Consider action to approve a resolution exercising the third of three one-year renewal options for an agreement with Hillside Veterinary Clinic to provide veterinarian services for the Rowlett Animal Shelter in the amount of $75,000. 7F. Consider action to approve a esolutionautnorzing the Mayor to execute a Letter of Credit Agreement between the City of Rowlett, Texas, and Homestead Liberty Grove Development 2, LLC, in the amount of $427,693 as financial guaranty to secure infrastructure completion required as part of the Homestead at Liberty Grove, Phase 2, public improvements located on the northeast corner of the intersection of Kessler Drive and Abercorn Drive. 8.
