Consider a resolution for household hazardous waste services. Consider action to approve a resolution authorizing the City Manager to enter into an Interlocal Agreement with Dallas County for Household Hazardous Waste for FY2021. 7E. Consider a resolution for an escrow agreement. Consider action to approve a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute an Escrow Agreement between the City of Rowlett, Texas, and Beazer Homes Texas LPini the amount of $297,386.00 as financial guaranty to secure the installation of public improvements to serve Bayside Townhomes. 7F. Consider a resolution for information technology services. Consider action to approve a resolution authorizing a purchase order in the amount of $54,129.60 to an information technology vendor for services to implement and support an infrastructure backup solution as well as creating a Disaster Recovery Plan and authorizing the City Manager to execute the necessary documents to purchase said services. 7G. Consider a resolution amending a Memorandum of Understanding. Consider action to approve a resolution authorizing an amendment to the Memorandum of Understanding between the Rowlett Chamber Foundation and Rowlett Community Organizations Active in Disaster Committee to allow fee-for-service payments to the Rowlett Chamber Foundation for the administration of City disaster recovery funds. 7H. Consider a resolution for Rowlett Business Stimulus Grant program expenditure. Consider action to approve a resolution authorizing the expenditure of $308,170.97 for a partial second round of the Rowlett Business Stimulus Grant program. 8.
