Approving minutes. Consider action to approve minutes from the following City Council meetings: October 5, 2020 Special Joint Meeting and October 6, 2020 Regular Meeting. 7B. Consider a resolution approving a grant application for an outdoor campout event. Consider action to approve a resolution authorizing a grant application under the Texas Parks and Wildlife Department's (TPWD) Community Outdoor and Outreach Program (CO-OP) in the amount of $10,000.00 for an outdoor campout event and designate the City of Rowlett Grant Coordinator as the primary grant contact. 7C. Consider a resolution approving the purchase of information technology storage, maintenance and support. Consider action to approve a resolution authorizing a purchase order in the amount of $120,000 to an information technology vendor for online storage and services with 24/7 support and maintenance for an infrastructure backup solution as well as an offsite Disaster Recovery Plan and authorizing the City Manager to execute the necessary documents to purchase said services. 7D. Consider a resolution amending and adopting the City's Investment Policy. Consider action to approve a resolution amending and adopting the City's Investment Policy, including the investment policies, investment strategies and approved broker/dealers for Fiscal Year 2021. 7E. Considerar resolution approving an agreement for construction improvements for bridge. Consider action to approve a resolution approving an Advance Funding Agreement by and between the Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) and the City of Rowlett for additional improvements of the construction of the Interstate Highway 30 (IH30) bridge at Sapphire Bay Boulevard, and authorizing the Mayor to execute the necessary documents for said services. 7F. Consider a resolution approving a contract renewal for pavement leveling services. Consider action to approve a resolution approving a contract renewal with Nortex Concrete Lift and Stabilization, Incorporated (Nortex) for pavement leveling services. 7G. Consider a resolution approving a Task Authorization for project management services. Consider action to approve a resolution authorizing an amendment to Fitzpatrick Design Construction Services Group LLC (FDCS) Task Authorization to extend the term of services for Project Management services to New Fire Station #2 located at 8602 Schrade Road and authorizing an additional amount of $98,000 and a total amount not to exceed $246,000. 7H. Consider a resolution approving a Task Authorization for engineering and design services. Consider action to approve a resolution authorizing an amendment to Eikon Consulting Group LLC (Eikon) Task Authorization to provide additional engineering and design services for Fire Station #2 located at 8602 Schrade Road and authorizing an additional amount of $120,250: and a total amount not to exceed $649,900. 71. Consider a resolution approving contract for public safety software maintenance and support services. Consider action to approve a resolution authorizing the City Manager to execute purchase orders for annual software maintenance and support services for the Police Department's software applications in the amount of $176,110.43. 7J. Consider a resolution for fire apparatus repairs and maintenance. Consider action to approve a resolution for an agreement for fire apparatus repairs and preventative maintenance with Metro Fire Apparatus Specialist Inc., in an amount not to exceed $90,000. 8. INDIVIDUAL CONSIDERATION 8A.
