Meeting was called to order at 6:00 P.M.by Vice Chair, JeffThompson at Council Chambers, City Hall, 111 W.Lyndale, Robinson, TX, U.S.A. Robinson Dr., also known as McLennan County Appraisal District Property ID! #156655(14.45 ACRES OUT OF THEI. A. Staff Presentation = David Harrell provided a power-point presentation of the Staff B. Applicant Presentation - The applicant, Lori Honea, briefly addressed the Commission C. Open Public Hearing - Vice Chair opened the hearing at 6:06 P.M. with no members of D. Close Public Hearing - Vice Chair closed the public hearing at 6:07 P.M. E. Discussion - There was discussion between the applicant, City Staff and the Commission regarding the extension of the previously granted SUP and the length of F. Recommendation - Bracken Arnhart made a motion to recommend approval to the City Council with the following condition: The Recreational vehicle for temporary lodging be allowed to stay in place for nine (9) months, with a six (6) month extension, if needed, to be granted by David Harrell, Director, if necessary. Zoning District on 6.52 acres, approximately addressed as 1021 Tynes Rd., also known as McLennan County Appraisal A. Staff Presentation - David Harrell provided a power-point presentation of the Staff B. Applicant Presentation - The applicants, James and Crystal Holdbrook, briefly C. Discussion - There was discussion between the applicant, City Staff and the Commission about possibly moving the container elsewhere on the property, however the applicant indicated there is not a better place on the property to set the container. Recommendation = Tim Holtkamp made a motion to recommend approval to City Council that the container be allowed to remain in place for a period of nine (9) months.
