City Manager Harold Rice gave the city manager report. He discussed the upcoming meeting with the Gonzales County Water District on Wednesday at 10 a.m., and that he and the Utility director Jeremy Bustos had an interview with the Gonzales Inquirer regarding water issues. He also spoke about the success of the Christmas Lighted Parade and that in a few weeks there would be a meeting to go over the dos and don'ts that were learned.
