August 25, 2022  The City Council of the City of Clyde, Texas, met in a Special Meeting at Clyde City Hall, 222 Oak Street, Clyde, Texas on August 25, 2022, at 6:00 p.m. with Mayor Pro Tem Paul McGuire presiding. Councilmembers present: Paul McGuire, Thomas Martin, James Rector, Tammie Coffman, and Danny A. White. Staff present: City Administrator Chris McGuire, City Secretary Connie Thornton. An open meeting was held concerning the following subjects: 1.0 CALLTO ORDER AND ANNOUNCE A QUORUM IS PRESENT  At 6:00 p.m., Mayor Pro Tem McGuire called the meeting to order and announced a quorum was  present. 2.0 INVOCATION  Given by Mayor Pro Tem McGuire. 3.0 PLEDGESTOU.S. AND TEXAS FLAGS All - led by Mayor Pro Tem McGuire.  4.0 COUNCIL COMMENTS 5.0 PUBLIC COMMENTS  Councilwoman Coffman stated how sad she was and the reason fori this meeting.  Mayor Pro Tem McGuire opened public comments at 6:01 p.m.  As there were no comments, Mayor Pro Tem McGuire closed the public comments at 6:02 p.m. 6.0 EXECUTIVE SESSION/The Council may enter into Closed or Executive. Session to discuss the following:)  The council entered into executive session at 6:02 p.m. The council returned to open session at 6:28 p.m. Jason and Sheree Gray. Motion carried unanimously.  White moved and Martin seconded; for the City of Clyde to do a memorial at Clyde Lake for  7.0  ADJOURNMENT unanimously.
