NOTICE OF REGULAR CITY COUNCIL MEETING  CITY OF CLYDE, TEXAS  Tuesday, April 11, 2023  6:00 P.M.  Notice is hereby given of a Regular meeting of the Clyde City Council, to be held on Tuesday, April 11, 2023, at 6:00 p.m., City Hall, Council Chambers, 222 Oak Street, Clyde, Texas 79510, for the purpose of considering the following agenda items. All agenda items are subject to action. No Council/Board discussion or action may take place on ai matter until  such matter has been placed on an agenda and posted in accordance with law.)  6.0 CONSENT AGENDA  6.1 Consider and act upon approving minutes from the regular meeting of March 14,  2023 as printed.    7.0 PRESENTATION  7.1 Recognize Lynn Shelly for 5 years of service to the City ofClyde. 7.2 Moved to end of agenda due to scheduling conflict. 7.3 Presentation from Steve Adams of Specialized Public Finance.  7.4 Presentation from the David Pettit Group on the establishment ofTax Increment  Reinvestment Zones.  8.0 REGULAR AGENDA  8.1 Consider and act upon approving A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CLYDE, TEXAS, DIRECTING PUBLICATION OF NOTICE OF INTENTION TO ISSUE COMBINATION TAX AND REVENUE CERTIFICATES OF OBLIGATION; AND RESOLVING OTHER MATTERS  RELATING TO THE SUBJECT  8.2 Consider and act upon approving a utility easement.  8.3 Camilla White and Glenda Farmer concerning water meter progress.  9.0 EXECUTIVE SESSION(The Council may enter into Closed or Executive Session to discuss the  following:)  9.1 Convene into Closed Meeting pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 551, Government Code, Vernon's Texas Codes Annotated, in accordance with the Gov. Code $551.086 Economic Development" Concerning Economic  Authority contained in.
