Notice is hereby given ofa Regular meeting of the Clyde City Council, to bel held on Tuesday, May 9, 2023, at6:00 p.m., City Hall, Council Chambers, 222 Oak Street, Clyde, Texas 79510, for the purpose of considering the following agenda items. All agenda items are subject to action. No Council/Board. discussion or action may take place on a matter until  such matter has been placed on an agenda and posted in accordance with law.)  6.0 CONSENT AGENDA  6.1 Consider and act upon approving minutes from the regular meeting of April 11, 2023 as  printed.    7.0 REGULAR AGENDA  7.1 Michael Cooley to address City Council concerning wastewater damage. 7.2 Consider and act upon approving A RESOLUTION OF THE CITYOF CLYDE, TEXAS FINDING THAT AEP Texas inc.'s application TO AMEND ITS distribution cost recovery factors to increase distribution rates WITHIN THE CITY SHOULD BE DENIED; authorizing participation with the cities served by aep texas; authorizing hiring of legal counsel; FINDING THAT THE CITY'S REASONABLE RATE CASE EXPENSES SHALL BE REIMBURSED BY THE COMPANY; FINDING THAT THE MEETING AT WHICH THIS RESOLUTION IS PASSED IS OPEN TO THE PUBLIC AS REQUIRED BY LAW; REQUIRING NOTICE OFTHISRESOLUTIONTOTHE COMPANY  AND LEGAL COUNSEL.  7.3 Consider with possible action to remove Danny A. White from the Keep Clyde Beautiful Board and add Donna Castro and Shelley Watson to the  board.  7.4 Consider with possible action to approve the By Laws of the Keep Clyde  Beautiful Board.  8.0 EXECUTIVE SESSION(The Council may enter into Closedo o7 Executive Session to discuss the  following:)  8.1 Convene into Closed Meeting pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 551, Government Code, Vernon's Texas Codes Annotated, in accordance with the Gov.
