Notice is hereby given of a Regular meeting of the Clyde City Council, to be held on Tuesday, November 14, 2023, at 6:00 p.m., City Hall, Council Chambers, 222 Oak Street, Clyde, Texas 79510, for the purpose ofconsidering the following agenda items. All agenda items are subject to action. This would be Manufactured Home Parks and R.V. Parks. So Tiny Homes could be placed in each of these Zoning Districts. The Public Hearing will bel held at Clyde City Hall 222 Oak Street on November  14, 2023, at 6:00 pm.  9.0 REGULAR AGENDA  9.1 Oaths of Office for elected council members. 9.2 Consider possible action appointing a Mayor Pro Tem.  9.3 Consider and act upon approving AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CLYDE, TEXAS AMENDING EXHIBIT 14A "ZONING ORDINANCE" OF THE CLYDE CODE OF ORDINANCES BY AMENDING SECTION 7.01 "USES" TO ALLOW TINY HOUSES IN THE MANUFACTURED HOME PARK DISTRICT "MH-2"; PROVIDING SEVERABILITY AND REPEALER CLAUSES; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE. 9.4 Consider and act upon adopting A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CLYDE, TEXAS, CONTRACTING WITH THE CLYDE JOURNAL FOR PUBLICATION OF ORDINANCES AND OTHER  NOTICES AS REQUIRED BY APPLICABLELAW.  9.5 Consider possible action accepting the petition to close off alley behind Wise 9.6 Consider and act upon approving Service Agreement between EDC and Ranch 9.7 Consider and act upon adopting Al RESOLUTIONOF THE CITYOF CLYDE, TEXAS AUTHORIZING THE CLYDE ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION TO UNDERTAKE A PROJECT TO PROVIDE A GRANT OF THIRTY THOUSAND DOLLARS TO RANCH LAND SPECIALTIES, LLCTOEXPANDITSBUSINESSATSIOCHERRYLANE,CLyDE, TEXAS,  Street.  Land Specialties.  79510.  9.8 Consider and act upon adopting A RESOLUTION SETTING PUBLIC HEARINGS ON THE PROPOSED ANNEXATION OF INTERSTATE 20 ADJACENT TO CURRENT CITY LIMITS BY THE CITY OF CLYDE, TEXAS, AND AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE CITY SECRETARY  TO PUBLISH NOTICE OF SAME.    9.9 Consider rand act upon joining as a plaintiffin Grand Prairie VS.
