RESOLUTION #007-23  A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DE LEON, TEXAS, AUTHORIZING THE CREATION OF. A BANK ACCOUNTFOR THE DOWNTOWN REVITALIZATION GRANTOF  THE TEXASCOMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT PROGRAM.  WHEREAS, it is necessary and in the best interests of the City of De Leon to receive the funding under the Texas Community Development Block Grant Program for the Downtown Revitalization Program; WHEREAS, it is necessary to have a bank account dedicated for these funds to receive automatic deposits WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of De Leon is committed to compliance with federal, state, and program rules, including the current TxCDBG Project Implementation Manual; and NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DE LEON,  and  and issue checks for paying bills  TEXAS authorizes:  1.
