CITY OF SCHULENBURG SCHULENBURG, TX January, 19 2021 The City Council oft the City of Schulenburg met via teleconference in reguiar session on Tuesday, January 19, 2021 at 6:00 P.M. The elected officials present included Mayor Elaine Kocian, Aldermen Chip Bubela, Wendy Fietsam, Ben Herzik, Clarence Ahlschlager, and Larry Veselka. City Staff present were City Administrator, Tami Walker, Operations Manager, Darryl Visitors included Darrell Vyvjala of the Schulenburg Sticker and Ivan Velasquez. Moeller, and Mason Florus. Mayor Kocian called role and led the Pledge of Allegiance. Mrs. Walker led discussion on an agreement regarding land exchange and related issues between the City of Schulenburg and Elgin Kristinik, KFS Marketing Inc. Mrs. Walker stated that as of Friday, January 15, 2021, the lot was still not a "clean virgin lot." Today, we have a clean virgin lot as were the terms of the agreement. As of. They also worked on a pump at the Sports Complex Lift Station, jetted the line on Kallus and rodded a line on' Wolters.
