CITY OF SCHULENBURG SCHULENBURG, TX January, 4 2021 The City Council oft the City of Schulenburg met via teleconference in regular session on Monday, January 4, 2021 at 6:00 P.M. The elected officials present included Mayor Elaine Kocian, Aldermen Chip Bubela, Wendy Fietsam, Ben Herzik, Clarence Ahlschlager, and Larry Veselka. City Staff present were City Administrator, Tami Walker, Operations' Manager, Darryl Visitors included Layne Vyvjala of the Schulenburg Sticker, Andy Behlen of the Fayette County Record, Ona Marak, Chairman oft the Board of Adjustments, and Ivan Velasquez. Mr. Haworth stated that the City can get 15 to 20 more years out of the tin if repairs are made in a timely manner. The bid is as follows: Repair Roof $9,500 Wall Repair $1,465 Total- -$11,450 Remove and Replace Leaking Ridge Cap - $485 Alderman Bubela made a motion, seconded by Alderman Herzik to go forward with the bid.
