CITY OF SCHULENBURG SCHULENBURG, TX February 21, 2024 The City Council of the City of Schulenburg met in regular session on Wednesday, February,21 2024, at 6:30 P.M. in the Council Chambers located ate 607 Upton Avenue, Schulenburg, Texas. The elected officials present included Mayor, Connie Koopmann, Aldermen, Greg Thomas, Frank Wick III, Larry Veselka, Scott Stoner, and Clarence Ahlschlager. City Staff present were Operations Manager, Darryl Moeller, Police Sergeant, Terry Roggenkamp, and City Secretary, Visitors included Darrell Vyvjala of the Schulenburg Sticker, Planning and Zoning Commission Mayor Koopmann called role. The replat will divide the property into two separate lots for the purpose of creating a Ms. Bohlmann stated that even spilt in half, the lots meet all the boundaries and are the correct minimal size. Ms. Bohlmann professed to Council that the P&Z Board approved the replat. Alderman Stoner made a motion, seconded by Alderman Thomas, to approve the request. The City Secretary, Mason Florus, led discussion on a Resolution for Two (2) Police Vehicles with Government Capital Corporation for the purpose of Financing and Authorizing the City new residential lot. motion passed unanimously.
