Main Street. Paul Rogers applied to replat lot that is approximately 147' in length and 87' in width. The replat will create 2 lots, both approximately 87' in length and 74' in width. The division of the property was approved by the P&Z Commission with a vote of5 5-0. The intent of the owner is to demolish the existing structure and construct 2 new residences.
