I. II.  CALL TO ORDER. Mayor Carlos Garcia called meeting to order at 7pm INVOCATION AND PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE. Mayor Carlos Garcia led council and II. ROLL CALL Council members Susan Hines, Shad Hill, Larry Koch, James Dickison, IV. REVIEW OF MINUTES FROM THE MAY 6, 2019 REGULAR MEETING AND MAY 13, 2019 SPECIAL CALLED MEETING. A motion was made by Susan Hines with a second by Shad Hill to accept both minutes from the May 6th and 13th meetings. Motion passed by REGULAR REVIEW, RATIFY AND PAY BILLS. A motion was made by Shad Hill with a second by Larry Koch to accept the bills. Motion passed with Susan Hines abstaining. VI. OPEN FORUM: CITIZENS ARE WELCOME TO SPEAK, HOWEVER, THERE WILL  guest in Pledge of Allegiance and Melissa Cantu followed by prayer.  and Marsha Laughlin were all present.  unanimous vote. V.  BE NO COUNCIL ACTION. No citizen spoke.  OLD BUSINESS:  1. Discuss and consider action on acquiring property for Fire Department's second substation. A motion was made by Shad Hill with a second by James Dickison to table this item until the August meeting. Motion passed by unanimous vote. 2. Discuss and consider action related to lighting for the Lometa Regional park fields. A motion was made by Shad Hill with a second by James Dickison to table this item until the July meeting. Motion passed by unanimous vote. 3. Discuss and consider action regarding our contract with Waste Connections in preparation of renewal. A motion was made by Larry Koch with a second by Shad Hill to table this item until the July meeting. Motion passed by 4. Discuss and consider action regarding the Regional Park rates and  unanimous vote.  residents. No action was taken.  NEW BUSINESS:    5. Discuss and consider using Linebarger Attorney's at Law for Municipal warrant collections. A motion was made by Shad Hill with a second by Susan Hines too contract with Linebarger to collect on our behalf. Motion passed by unanimous vote. 6. Discuss and pass the Ordinance 06032019S Annexation by the Lometa Independent School District. A motion was made by Larry Koch with a second by Shad Hill to pass the Ordinance 06032019S. Motion passed by unanimous vote. 7. Discuss and consider actions on assigning commissioners for the Police Department and Streets. A motion was made by Shad Hill with a second by Susan Hines to assign Marsha Laughlin as Police Commissioner and James Dickison as  Streets Commissioner. Motion passed by unanimous vote.  8. Discuss and consider action: change all signature cards on the following accounts and CD's held at Bancorp South Bank, Lometa to show only Mayor Carlos Garcia, Mayor Pro Tempore Susan Hines, Lindsey Grant, and Amanda Tower, therefore removing Julia Thomas. Accounts are as followed: CD's numbered: 3181, 7464, 3330, 1001377, 7309. Bank accounts: Municipal court # 3935, General Fund # 9000027, PF 6002158, PF 78764016 and Safety Deposit Box #63133. Amotion was made by Shad Hill with a second by Larry Koch to table this  item until the July meeting. Motion passed by unanimous vote. 9. Executive Session: Evaluation of staff duties.
