ROLL CALL Council members Susan Hines, Shad Hill, Larry Koch, James Dickison,  guest in Pledge of Allegiance and Melissa Cantu followed by prayer.  and Marsha Laughlin were all present.  OLD BUSINESS:  1. Discuss and consider action regarding our contract with Waste Connections in preparation of renewal. A motion was made by James Dickison with as second by Larry Koch to renew our contract with Waste Connectins for a 5 year  term. Motion passed by unanimous vote.  NEW BUSINESS:  2. Discuss and appoint a Mayor Pro Tem. A motion was made by Shad Hill with a second by James Dickison to re-appoint Susan Hines as Mayor pro tem. Motion 3. Discuss and consider action: change all signature cards on the following accounts and CD's held at Bancorp South Bank, Lometa to show only Mayor Carlos Garcia, Susan Hines, Lindsey Grant, and Amanda Tower, therefore removing Julia Thomas. Accounts are as followed: CD's numbered: 3181, 7464, 3330, 1001377, 7309. Bank accounts: Municipal court # 3935, General Fund # 9000027, PF 6002158, PF 78764016 and Safety Deposit Box # 63133. A motion was made by Susan Hines with a second by Shad Hill to remove Julia Thomas from the  passed by unanimous vote.  bank cards. Motion passed by unanimous vote.
